Shipping & Returns

Every piece is one of a kind, made by hand in my studio in the United States and packed by hand to travel safely.

Shipping

Within the United States, shipping is $35. It is tracked and arrives in 1 to 5 business days after it ships. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $105.

International shipping is tracked and calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the piece and your country. It usually arrives in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your country and customs. Any import duties or taxes are paid by the buyer.

Every piece ships within 5 business days of your order and is fully insured.

Returns

If a piece is not right for your home, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The piece must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. To start a return, email hello@studiomary.co.

If something arrives damaged

Please email photos of the piece and the box within 48 hours of delivery. Because every piece is one of a kind and cannot be replaced, you will receive a full refund, including shipping.

Online courses and the recipe

Courses and the recipe are digital and open instantly after purchase. By buying, you ask for immediate access and agree that once access begins, the right to cancel no longer applies. If you have any trouble accessing your course, email hello@studiomary.co and I will help.
