These terms apply when you use studiomary.co, buy a piece, or join a course or the recipe. Studio Mary is run by Mary Khalili in the United States. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you have a question, write to hello@studiomary.co.

Courses and the recipe

When you buy a course or the recipe, you receive personal access for your own learning. Please do not share your login, and do not copy, record, resell, publish or teach the lessons, videos, recipes or written materials. You are welcome to sell the pieces you make with what you learn. Your access is as described on the course page at the time you buy.

Refunds and returns

Returns of physical pieces are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. For courses and the recipe, by buying you ask for immediate access and agree that once access begins, the right to cancel no longer applies. If something does not work, write to us and we will help.

Handmade pieces

Every piece is made by hand and is one of a kind. Small marks and variations in texture and color are part of the work. We photograph each piece carefully, but screens show color differently.

Working with materials

Glue, cement, paint and other materials need care. Follow the labels, work in a ventilated space, use gloves and a mask where advised, and keep materials away from children and pets. You are responsible for how you use materials and tools.

Our content

All photos, videos, designs and text on this site belong to Studio Mary unless stated otherwise. Please ask before using them. Sharing a link to the site is always welcome.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site and courses accurate and available. Studio Mary is not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
